Kveik IPA?!

In this short episode of The Beer Scholar Family Hour, Chris Cohen sits down with his buddy, Chris Crowe, to sip Boulevard's Kveik IPA and discuss all things kveik-y. Cohen has long been an advocate for popularizing kveik strains because of their very special properties that allow for faster beer production, energy savings, and of course great beer! As usual, when it first became commercially available many craft breweries jumped on it to brew one or two batches to be part of the trend…and they probably named those beers something to do with Vikings or Norse gods. Now, a few years later, some are realizing maybe kveik wasn't just another flash in the pan craft beer trend, but is actually a game changing ingredient!
