This is a mind blowing article. 1) AI can now, in full written form, answer any question. 2) One of the main debates around this is whether these deep learning systems are simply “stochastic parrots” or if this is a step toward developing consciousness. 


QUALITY VS QUANTITY IS THE WRONG QUESTION
Quantity leads to quality (the origin of a parable), by Austin Kleon. This quick little read gave me a little kick in the butt to keep on grinding rather than focusing on getting things perfect. By producing quantity, quality inevitably levels up. This is key to getting great at just about any skill, be it brewing or learning BJCP data for a Cicerone exam!

Fire & Brew-Stone: The Real Story of Steinbier by Lars Marius Garshol for Craft Beer & Brewing Mag. LMG explores Steinbier, an historical style from in Carinthia in Austria, boiled with hot rocks.
